A retail chain in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance. The ideal candidate should have a passion for serving customers and the ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.
You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our store activities by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance. As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will be constantly looking for ways to improve service in your store through on the job coaching and feedback. With your guidance, your store will always remain a safe place to work and shop.
