The Suthers School is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business and Operations Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of our school.
- Strategic oversight of school business operations, including finance, HR, facilities, and compliance
- Managing budgets and ensuring financial efficiency in line with Trust policies
- Leading and developing administrative teams and overseeing recruitment processes
- Ensuring robust systems for governance, health and safety, and statutory compliance
- Working closely with the Headteacher and Nova Education Trust to deliver operational excellence
- A recognised management/business degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Significant senior-level experience in Finance, HR, or Facilities Management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to change and continuous improvement
