Join Bathshack as our Trade Sales Manager!

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and commercially‑minded Trade Sales Manager to lead our Tradeshack team at Shore Road and drive growth across Ireland. If you thrive on building relationships, driving results, and creating scalable processes, this is the role for you!


A bit more about the role


  • Own trade sales performance for Tradeshack at Shore Road and build a scalable blueprint for growth across other areas in Ireland.

  • Establish and deepen relationships with trade customers, designing onboarding and in‑store stock models.

  • Lead the team to hit channel targets aligned to Bathshack values.

  • Achieve channel sales targets and budgeted gross margin.

  • Build documented playbooks, SOPs, KPIs, and dashboards to replicate success across multiple sites.

  • Drive new trade customer growth, retention, and average order value.

  • Champion customer experience, ensuring high NPS/CSAT and efficient service times.

  • Utilise Acumatica and other systems for data‑driven decision making and stock planning.

  • Plan and deliver Trade Open/Event Days and campaigns to build the customer base and promote the Tradeshack brand.

  • Evaluate staffing needs and foster a “one team” mindset with stores and other functions.

  • Previous experience in trade sales, business development, or a customer‑facing management role.

  • Strong understanding of inventory control, replenishment, and audit methods.

  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and deliver under pressure.

  • Confident with CRM systems and data‑driven decision making.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership skills, able to set standards, coach the team, and build a customer‑focused culture.

  • Commitment to upholding Bathshack values and maintaining professional standards.

  • Safety mindset and experience supporting basic HR duties.

What about the hours?

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.


Where will you work?

This role is based at our Shore Road Premises with the potential to grow alternative sites and may involve travel in the future. A driving licence would be preferred.
