The Communications Manager will lead internal communications, press and media activity, and corporate tone of voice across the Group, ensuring clear, consistent and strategic messaging that supports a people-first culture, organisational growth, and strong reputation. The role will ensure communications align with business objectives, values, and the 2029 Vision, supporting engagement, operational delivery, and executive messaging across a 1,500+ employee organisation.
