We are a high‑performing national roadside assistance team looking for enthusiastic, personable, and driven individuals to join us. You will be fully trained to provide first‑class service, ensuring our customers can get back on the road safely and in a timely fashion. Starting from your home, you will drive a fully equipped van to deliver exceptional roadside support.
You will ensure that our customers receive an excellent service highlighting our roadside assistance service as the best in class. Our roadside repair technicians are empowered to take ownership of each assistance job, making the most appropriate decisions for each customer so they can continue their journey as quickly as possible.
They say variety is the spice of life and there is no shortage of variety in this role! You will use your excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge to repair the vehicle on scene with various technologies and diagnostic systems. If necessary, you will undertake or arrange recovery of the vehicle when it requires dealer workshop attention. In short, you will make the best relevant decisions for each customer to keep them on the road. No two days are the same!
