- Role: Relief Care Assistant
- Hours: Ad-hoc to cover absence, holidays etc
- Shift pattern of AM shifts (starting from 7am) and PM shifts (ending at 10pm)
- Salary: £13.61 per hour
- Location: Wixams Retirement Village, Bedford Road, Bedford, MK42 6EA
As a Relief Care Asssitant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary careto our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
- Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
- Encourage independence and self-belief
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
- Hold acare certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service
- Flexible with hours.
