As the Senior Care Assistant on the night shift, you will provide essential support to your patients. Your role involves assisting patients with daily tasks, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.

The Responsibilities include:

  • To supervise/organise other members of staff on duty
  • To inform Manager or Deputy of any significant changes in residents - contact by telephone where necessary if an issue is urgent.
  • Participate in the development of activities for Residents in which they can join and enhance quality of life
  • To ensure that Equality and Diversity is practiced within the Care Home by all who live, work and visit the Care Home. Any issues to be promptly reported to the Manager/Deputy.
