A leading automotive parts distributor in the UK is seeking a Van Controller to manage the driver team and coordinate delivery runs. The successful candidate will have experience in motivating teams, excellent communication skills, and a driving license held for at least 3 years. This role requires ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining customer service standards while contributing to a supportive workplace culture.
