A leading insurance provider based in Brighton is seeking an Underwriting Team Leader to manage a dedicated team. This permanent role involves delivering on business objectives, managing day-to-day activities, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have commercial underwriting experience, effective stakeholder management, and strong data analysis skills. To work with the Bespoke Team Underwriting Manager to deliver the business plan in relation to schemes, providing high level decisions and advice to enable the delivery of UW strategy, quality and performance whilst managing the day-to-day activities and performance of the Schemes team.
