Associate CSA Project Manager - Data Centres Finland - in Country role at Arcadis. The role involves delivering hyperscale data centre construction projects in Finland and may require significant international travel.

Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects. You will be an experienced Associate CSA Project Manager/Owner’s Representative, contributing to one of our largest data centre construction projects in Finland.

• Manage all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.
• Pre-construction: collaborate with the client and general contractor to establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget; support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations; support contract negotiations; assist the client and Client’s team in identifying, scoping, buying-out and scheduling Owner-direct vendors and consultants.
• Construction: manage the General Contractor and directly contracted vendors; coordinate Value Engineering during construction; work with the Client’s commercial and PCG team on Budget Management and Tracking; liaise with the Client’s schedule management team for schedule monitoring, tracking and analysis.
• Close out/fit-out: initiate the close-out process before project completion; establish close-out documentation requirements with the Client’s document controller; collect and track warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, etc.; assist with final inspections and occupancy process; coordinate and manage Owner-direct vendors and consultants.

• In-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage technical disciplines.
• Experience on Data Centre new builds and refurbishment projects; hyperscale builds preferred.
• Ability to commit to significant international travel.
