Job summary
A dynamic technology support company in Ramsgate is seeking a Trainee IT Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include responding to support requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with user account management. This full-time role offers a salary of £25,000 per annum plus bonus, in an engaging work environment.
Qualifications
- A passion for IT & Technology.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic computer troubleshooting.
- Qualification in IT would be preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing.
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Assist with user account management, including creating and managing user profiles.
- Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT team members for timely issue resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
