Location: Preston, UK | Salary: £25,070 | Workdays: Monday–Friday | Full‑time, onsite.

More2Life, part of Key Group, is hiring a Customer Service Agent to join our Servicing team. The role involves supporting lifetime mortgage customers and ensuring each interaction is clear, reassuring and well‑handled.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage inbound calls from existing customers.
  • Record accurate notes and information on our CRM.
  • Work closely with specialist servicing teams to resolve queries.
  • Provide guidance and support with professionalism and empathy.
  • Deliver service levels that reflect our values and reputation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong customer service experience in a phone‑based environment.
  • Confident communication skills – clear, friendly and patient.
  • Good IT skills, especially Outlook and Word.
  • The ability to stay organised, calm and accurate under pressure.
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to continuously improve.
  • Experience in financial services or mortgage administration is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided.
