Job summary
A leading ISP company is seeking a Head of Networks in Droitwich, UK. This pivotal role involves managing ISP network operations and physical infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability. Responsibilities include team leadership, implementing asset management strategies, and aligning with compliance and best practices. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in network management, strong IP networking knowledge, and excellent leadership skills. The position offers a salary of up to £85,000 plus benefits, including a flexible hybrid working model.

- 5+ years’ experience in network and/or infrastructure management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, and data protocols.
- Proven experience managing teams and operational environments.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Network Operations Centre (NOC).
- Develop asset management strategies for physical infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate asset and network records.
- Identify and mitigate operational and security risks.
- Own and manage budgets for network and infrastructure assets.
