The Role

We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Head Bartender to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens for the summer season in the Spanish Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender in the luxury hospitality market
• Advanced mixology skills and a genuine passion for your craft, with extensive knowledge of premium spirits, and a drive to continuously innovate the drinks offering
• Consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong commitment to service excellence
• Lead, motivate, and support the bars team, ensuring effective training, clear communication of duties, and high-performance standards
• Take full ownership of the bars, conducting thorough pre- and post-shift checks to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness
• Assist the Bars Manager in completing all necessary administration for the bars team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
