Job summary
A leading construction firm in Nottingham is seeking a Civil Engineering Working Foreman to oversee site operations. The position requires strong leadership and extensive hands-on construction skills. A valid CSCS card and a full clean UK driving license are essential. This is a permanent, full-time role within a family-run business committed to the Living Wage and equal opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as Working Foreman role in Civils.
- Extensive Civil Engineering & Construction Skills, including tarmacking, kerb & pipe laying, and concrete placement.
- Valid CSCS card required.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence is essential.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient sites in line with ISO accreditation.
- Lead site teams effectively.

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Working Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis.
- Previous experience as Working Foreman role in Civils
- Extensive and Wide-Ranging Hands on Civil Engineering & Construction Skills (examples such as: tarmacking, kerb & pipe laying, steel fixing, joinery/shuttering and concrete placement)
- Produce safe, efficient sites in line with our triple ISO accreditation
- Strong Leadership with site teams
- Working in busy process driven environments
- Valid CSCS card
- Dumper/Digger driver Licence advantageous
- A Full Clean UK Driving Licence is essential
- Good Communication and IT skills (MS suite)
