We’re looking for anexperienced Bar Leaderto join our team at the ABBA Voyage Arena. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience leading a bar team in a busy venue or events environment

Strong communication and people management skills

Ability to train, motivate, and inspire the team

Great attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service

A proactive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
