Merrell – Store Supervisor (32 Hours) – Merrell, Tewkesbury, England, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
- Act as a role model for the team with a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and performance metrics by supporting local marketing efforts and acting as an ambassador for the brand.
- Perform other duties as required by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to contribute toward store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Passion for the brand and brand lifestyles.
