The Meraki Organisation welcomes applications for the position of Sales Advisor. • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring outstanding service.
• Using comprehensive product knowledge to advise and guide customers, providing relevant information to help them make optimal purchasing decisions.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities and provide ongoing support.
• Meeting individual and team sales targets.
• Partnering effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Handling customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

• At least two years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
