We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Letham Park for a full-time contract, working Day Shift. Hours available 33.75 or 45.
- Our Care Assistants are at the forefront of resident engagement, supporting and encouraging meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection.
- Participate in person-centred activities, outings and events, and promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.
- Ensure the highest quality, person-centred care for all residents by supporting the delivery of each individual care plan.
- Promote the independence and choice of residents, ensuring their voice is heard through all elements of care and support.
- Provide variety and versatility in daily tasks, including assisting with personal care, promoting a positive mealtime experience to enhance nutrition and hydration, supporting meaningful activities, and creating 1:1 meaningful moments.
- Uphold the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.

- Having your SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
