Overview

We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Letham Park for a full-time contract, working Day Shift. Hours available 33.75 or 45.

Responsibilities
  • Our Care Assistants are at the forefront of resident engagement, supporting and encouraging meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection.
  • Participate in person-centred activities, outings and events, and promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.
  • Ensure the highest quality, person-centred care for all residents by supporting the delivery of each individual care plan.
  • Promote the independence and choice of residents, ensuring their voice is heard through all elements of care and support.
  • Provide variety and versatility in daily tasks, including assisting with personal care, promoting a positive mealtime experience to enhance nutrition and hydration, supporting meaningful activities, and creating 1:1 meaningful moments.
Requirements
