Fundamental Hospitality is looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in London. This exciting opportunity could see you working within one of our renowned venues; Gaia, La Maison Ani, or Shanghai Me; each celebrated for its unique style, elegance, and creativity.

The Role

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering beautifully crafted desserts and pastries that complement each restaurant’s distinctive concept. Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef, you’ll ensure that every creation meets the exceptional standards Fundamental Hospitality is known for. From classic French patisserie to modern interpretations, you’ll bring skill, precision, and innovation to every service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all pastry items.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company procedures.
  • Support the wider kitchen team, assisting with training and mentoring where needed.
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal pastry creations.
