A leading aerospace company based in Forres, Scotland is seeking a Senior CAD Technician to provide design support across engineering teams. This role involves developing detailed 3D models for launch vehicles, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing complex assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in engineering and proficiency in CAD software. Benefits include a negotiable salary, generous holiday, and relocation support.
As a Senior CAD Technician, you will provide essential design and drafting support across our engineering teams — including flight structures, propulsion systems, and ground support equipment. Although this role is based in Forres, Scotland, you will support teams in both the UK and Denmark.
You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineers to produce high-quality 3D models and technical drawings, supporting the design, development, and manufacture of cutting-edge launch vehicle systems. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-paced aerospace environment where precision and attention to detail are critical.
