• Lead and manage a dedicated team of social workers to ensure the highest standards in safeguarding and child protection.

To thrive in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England, holding a degree or equivalent in Social Work. You need to have demonstrable experience in social work within the UK, with recent managerial experience, such as working as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager. A robust background of significant frontline experience in Children’s Services will further enhance your effectiveness in this pivotal role.
