Role Purpose

To support and manage the Front Door Team in Stockport, ensuring effective triaging of referrals, adherence to safeguarding policies, and operational efficiency. • Qualified Social Worker or Occupational Therapist
• Previous management experience within social services
• Competence in triaging referrals and applying safeguarding principles
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a busy team environment
