• Being part of our bar team is like joining an extended family. Create friendships with guests as they visit again and again.
• Ensure guests are well attended in the evenings and throughout dinner.
• Make sure drinks are never empty and that guests remain the priority.

• Ensure our business is promoted at all possible times with up-selling of products at every opportunity.
• Responsible for restocking the Bar at the end of shift or as the Bar Manager directs
• Ensuring equipment installed on the bar is left clean after your shift including floors, as shown in the Bar Cleaning Schedule or directed by the Bar Manager.
