The **Team Supervisor, Logo** will work closely with the Team Manager and other team supervisors to support production goals, maintain clear communication, and encourage a positive and engaged team environment. As the **Team Supervisor, Logo**, you will play a vital role in leading the printing operations for golf balls, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every stage of production.**Key Responsibilities****Team Supervision & Support**Supervise and support the Logo production team by setting clear expectations, coaching on safety and quality, and promoting a respectful, values-driven environment that empowers team members to work efficiently and take ownership of their tasks.**Operational Execution**Supervise daily operations in the Logo Department, ensuring efficient task completion and quality standards, while resolving workflow issues, supporting improvement initiatives, and communicating expectations clearly through effective delegation.**Communication & Culture**Maintain open communication and teamwork within the shift, actively listening to concerns and promoting company values to foster a respectful, engaged, and consistent team culture.**Training & Performance Support**Provide hands-on coaching to team members on safety, quality, and efficiency, while managing performance reviews, absence, and development plans, and fostering team morale through recognition and regular tracking of key performance metrics.**Qualifications & Experience:*** Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in a team lead or frontline supervisory role.* Demonstrated ability to support and guide and performance manage team members effectively.* A collaborative and responsible leadership style with strong communication skills.* Basic knowledge of SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.* Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments.* Experience in custom, high-mix, or precision manufacturing is preferred.* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication.* Awareness of LEAN principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.**Apply now** to join Callaway Golf Europe as our **Team Supervisor, Logo.***Topgolf Callaway Brands is committed to monitoring and maintaining equal opportunities and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.**AGENCY ASSISTANCE IS NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME.*Callaway Golf is the leading manufacturer of premium golf clubs, balls, performance gear and accessories worldwide.
