As a Shift Manager, you will fulfill all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.

You will work within a multi-million-pound restaurant managing a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team driving your restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This position is open to individuals with experience managing and leading teams in retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. The role involves working in a restaurant setting with flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
