Job Description:

Are you the person we are looking for as we enter the next chapter and a new season of mission and ministry here in the university city of Lincoln?

This is a unique and pioneering role for a spiritually grounded and musically skilled pastor, with a passion for intergenerational worship and experience in growing, pastoring, and releasing teams and leaders. We are seeking someone with well-developed interpersonal skills across generations, capable of facilitating the church in worship and in reaching and discipling young people and young adults. The ideal candidate is a skilled pastor and team leader with a passion for seeing people of all ages encounter Jesus, with a specific skill set around engaging younger generations through worship, music, and production.

St. Swithin's is a resource church in the Diocese of Lincoln, planted 10 years ago in partnership with HTB. It is a city centre church with a local church plant, St. Faith's. We have also planted St. Mark's in Grimsby.
