As a Shift Manager, you will meet all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service benchmarks. You will monitor operations, reallocate resources, and resolve operational issues.

You will manage within a multi-million-pound restaurant and oversee a team of 100+ employees. You will be part of the management team driving your restaurant forward by increasing sales, profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role is suitable for individuals with experience managing and leading teams in retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. The position involves working varied shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
