Based in Wellingborough, Northants, we offer new and refurbished injection moulding machines, as well as associated ancillary equipment. Expanding our engineering team is essential to support our warranty and service work across the UK and Ireland. With a mixture of in-house refurbishment work and on‑site commissioning, training and servicing, the engineer is expected to be versatile and prepared to have nights away. The suitable candidate will be responsible for:

• Customer‑site commissioning of new Yizumi and refurbished German manufactured injection moulding machines.
• Commissioning and training of Yizumi’s beam robots (training provided).
• Refurbishment of used injection moulding machines in our workshop in Wellingborough.
• Customer technical support as and when required.
• Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of injection moulding machines at customer sites.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues.
• Responding to breakdowns, providing swift and effective solutions.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to new and existing clients.
• Maintaining accurate service records and reports.
• Ensuring that all health and safety standards are met at all times.

Due to the varied nature of our business, experience and technical expertise on injection moulding machinery is essential. Experience with ancillary equipment is advantageous. Driving licence essential.
