Infoserv Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced account manager, to develop new business, build strong relationships and reflect the key values of the company. Role
  • Build long‑term and successful relationships with Infoserv’s customers
  • Identify and develop companies to sell services into
  • Feed into company strategy
  • Manage with other key company resources, implementing the solutions sold to customers
  • Account management – setting up new accounts, invoicing and reconciliation
  • Service management
  • Continuous improvement of Infoserv’s services
Skills/Experience
  • Previous experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of government and defence sector
  • Knowledge of IT and in particular software development
  • Knowledge of consultancy roles within the IT sector
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Management of risks and issues
  • Problem solving
  • Personable and represent Infoserv Systems in a professional and courteous way
  • Work ethically and honestly, to Infoserv’s key principles

This role will require BBPS to be achieved before starting and candidates will need to be eligible for Security Clearance in the short‑medium term. We will only be considering UK nationals, who have been resident in the UK for five years or more.
