What is the role?

As a Quality Account Manager you will monitor the performance and quality of delivery of NEBOSH services by Learning Partners on a regional basis, to address any issues identified and to liase with Learning Partners to facilitate improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring

Identify and collect data that may indicate unusual Learning Partner activity (for example rapid LP growth, unusual spikes in registration, unacceptable tutor : learner ratios, pass rates, malpractice rates, learner locations). Identify any advertising / marketing that does not comply with NEBOSH requirements.

Collate schedule of all online tutorial sessions being delivered and observe a representative sample for each Learning Partner in the assigned region.

  • Analysis & investigation

Analyse Learning Partner metrics and tutorial performance to enable early identification and investigation of any potential problem behaviour.

  • Intervention

Produce improvement plans, assigning actions to Learning Partners ensuring these are completed. Report significant issues and risks directly to the Head of Learning Partner Performance and act upon these issues as agreed.

Conduct regular calls / meetings with Learning Partners to improve understanding of Learning Partner needs, identify quality improvement opportunities and build better working relationships between Learning Partners and NEBOSH.

  • Reporting

Production of monthly highlight reports / KPIs

KEY SKILLS:
  • Understanding and experience of working in the vocational educational and training sector
  • High levels of integrity and professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships externally, with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and to deal with difficult situations via email and in person/video call
  • A strong analytical background, Excel skills and the ability to manipulate, interpret and present data
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to produce written reports to a high standard of English. A second, relevant language would be beneficial.
  • Willingness and ability to support / collaborate with other Quality Account Managers
  • Willingness and ability to support other sections of the Learning Partner Quality section in the completion of their tasks as required
