Quality Account Manager

As a Quality Account Manager you will monitor the performance and quality of delivery of NEBOSH services by Learning Partners on a regional basis, to address any issues identified and to liase with Learning Partners to facilitate improvement.
Identify and collect data that may indicate unusual Learning Partner activity (for example rapid LP growth, unusual spikes in registration, unacceptable tutor : learner ratios, pass rates, malpractice rates, learner locations). Identify any advertising / marketing that does not comply with NEBOSH requirements.
Collate schedule of all online tutorial sessions being delivered and observe a representative sample for each Learning Partner in the assigned region.
Analyse Learning Partner metrics and tutorial performance to enable early identification and investigation of any potential problem behaviour.
Produce improvement plans, assigning actions to Learning Partners ensuring these are completed. Report significant issues and risks directly to the Head of Learning Partner Performance and act upon these issues as agreed.
Conduct regular calls / meetings with Learning Partners to improve understanding of Learning Partner needs, identify quality improvement opportunities and build better working relationships between Learning Partners and NEBOSH.
Production of monthly highlight reports / KPIs
