Job summary
A social housing organization based in Belfast is seeking a Building Fabric Operative to maintain and repair social housing properties. The role requires a strong focus on health and safety, excellent customer service skills, and an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring homes are safe and habitable, with a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £34,000.
