- Prepare project documentation and manage risks.
- Oversee design and subcontractor management.

Education
Based in the UK South business unit in London, you will lead large, technically challenging projects across residential, commercial and healthcare sectors, with project values of £90‑120m.
- Prepare the programme, method statements, prelims and submission documents.
- Chair start‑up and internal meetings.
- Develop procurement strategy with quantities surveyor and pre‑qualify key supply chain (early awards).
- Create a preliminary risk register and manage risks throughout the project.
- Agree site layout and logistics, and organise implementation in accordance with company guidelines.
- Oversee consultant and subcontract design, including delivery of the BIM strategy.
- Manage subcontractors, including progress and pre‑order meetings.
- Manage employee resources, covering site when staff are on leave or training.
- Chair internal team meetings and attend/ chair subcontractor meetings.
- Prepare, update and issue accurate minutes from client and design team meetings.
- Control information flow and scheduled information requirements.
- Prepare contract reports, manage prelims per PEP and prepare extensions of time applications.
- Review constructability and identify execution methods with commercial or programme advantage.
- Maintain focus on HSEQS as a critical priority.
- More than ten years’ experience in the construction sector or delivery of 4–5 major projects across different industries.
- Demonstrable end‑to‑end project management experience.
- Academic and/or professional qualifications in construction, ideally chartered.
- SMSTS, CDM/PSCS, and awareness of BBS, Root Cause Analysis, S5 & Q10 internal workshops.
- Strong numeracy, technical knowledge, and familiarity with key contract principles.
- Experience in PEP, CVRs, and awareness management.
