£38,000 – £40,000 per annum (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7am – 3.30pm)

Fixed‑term contract until March 2026 with potential extension.

• Plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food ensuring our reputation for quality is maintained with customers and clients at all times.
• Adopt a hands‑on approach taking responsibility for food production covering all employee dining and an extensive range of pop‑ups.
• Exhibit an exceptional drive for quality and innovation.
• Responsible for all aspects of food safety, Health & Safety and COSHH.
• Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and monitor all costs against agreed budgets.

• Proven experience in a Chef Manager role with a track record of catering for large numbers while ensuring each meal feels individually prepared.
• Strong personality and excellent people skills; capable of leading, developing, training and inspiring a small team.
• Passion for food and customer service, with enthusiasm and a focus on customer engagement.
• Knowledge of food innovation and development; up‑to‑date with current food trends.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Superb culinary skills.
• Good financial understanding.
• High standards and quality‑driven mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills.
