Production Assistant, Fixed Term Contract

Join Daylesford Organic on a fixed‑term contract (until March 2026) to assist with production and quality control at Daylesford Farm.

Base pay: £12.70 per hour.

Hours: 45 hours per week; Monday – Friday, 05:00‑14:30 / 07:00‑16:30; every other Saturday.

Location: Daylesford Farm, Near Kingham, GL56 0YG.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm.
• Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision.
• Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well‑organised.
• Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale.
