The ideal candidate will have experience handling credit hire files and be skilled in effective communication and negotiation. Are you skilled in credit hire and passionate about delivering outstanding service? We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Credit Hire File Handler to join our team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to investigate Complex credit hire claims from a tactical and strategic point. The role of the File Handler is to carry out complex & technical investigations on claims submitted from specific opponents. These claims will be up to £25,000 in value.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an incredible team and gain more experience in investigating credit hire claims with a view to significantly reducing the overall spend for our Insurer clients.
35 hours per week
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. This is a hybrid role working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.
