A leading semiconductor solutions provider in Swindon is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support activities for the Service Desk and corporate IT functions. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of IT experience and a technical certification in one relevant technology area. The successful candidate will assist users with technical issues, ensure effective management of tickets, and work in a hybrid model allowing remote work two days a week.
