• Work to a production plan of what is required that day, prepare and process fills in accordance with specification sheets and company standards. The role includes operating the machinery in the butchery area (Mincer, Mixer, Dicer).
• Collect meat from chiller, check tag details (species, supplier codes, date codes), complete traceability paperwork and physically check the products at every process check.
• Conduct various checks such as product temperature, use by dates, visual quality, packaging conditions for all stock, and put stock away into chillers and freezers and manage stock rotation.
