A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care and manage residents' health needs in Newry. The role includes supporting care staff and undertaking shift management duties. The ideal candidate will have a valid UK NMC pin and at least 6 months of nursing experience, with a competitive hourly rate of £21.64 and opportunities for professional development within the growing team.
Ardmaine Care Home is warm and loving, located near the centre of the city of Newry. It has two units – General Nursing and Dementia Nursing. Ardmaine Care Home provides care for older people as well as those with Dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Cancer, End of Life Care, Respite, Stroke, Epilepsy, Visual Impairment and Challenging Behaviours.
The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position in our mission to provide excellent and inclusive care. The Registered Nurse is a leadership role, playing a vital part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality and person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver excellent care to our residents, as a Registered Nurse you will support the management of shifts, ensuring the safety of all residents and our team.
