Job summary
A leading lettings agency is seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their dynamic team in Chester. This full-time, permanent role involves administering tenancy progression, ensuring high service levels for tenants and landlords, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates will have previous estate agency experience, excellent communication skills, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. The salary ranges from £26,000 to £28,000 OTE, with attractive benefits promoting employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities
- Administer tenancy progression from application to start date.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and Contractors for maintenance.
- Maintain accurate file notes in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with suppliers for property reports.
