A leading UK financial institution is seeking a dedicated individual to provide PA and operational support to Chief/MD(s) while assisting teams across the organization. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 in Sheffield and flexible working hours. In this role you will provide PA and operational support to your assigned Chief/MD(s) and to work closely, and support teams across the Bank to ensure the delivery of strategic objectives.
Your role will involve working closely with the Chief/MD(s) to ensure that all Chief/MD-related activities, both internal and external, are effectively coordinated, escalated and delegated as appropriate. The role also involves focusing on maintaining strong stakeholder relationships as well as providing proactive and efficient operational support to the wider team, assisting in the running of high-functioning team(s), and driving collaboration and continuous improvement across the team(s) and wider Bank.
You will be committed to providing a high quality standard of business support to all teams and individuals they work with across the Bank, being an ambassador for the business support team.
With an in depth understanding of business support roles within the Bank or similar organization, you will have experience working for ExCo / SLT level director and ability to manage complex senior diaries. Exceptional knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 suite (including Outlook) and have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
