About the team: Distribution & Credit Solutions (DCS) is a joint team between SG’s Global Banking (GLBA) and Markets (MARK) divisions. The DCS business arranges, advises and provides financing to clients of the bank (including corporates, financial institutions, asset managers, financial sponsors) across a wide range of Fund Finance and Securitisation products.

Summary of Key Purposes of the Role:
The European Fund Financing Solutions team is seeking to hire a Vice President / Director to support the origination, structuring, execution and portfolio management of complex fund-level and asset-backed financing transactions across the alternative investment landscape.
The role will focus on asset-backed lending and structured fund finance solutions, including NAV-based facilities and rated fund structures, for leading alternative asset managers and investment funds across Europe.
The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the franchise across private credit, private equity, infrastructure, secondaries and hedge fund strategies, working closely with internal credit, legal, structuring and distribution teams.
