The Operations Coordinators role is to assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks that are critical to the sound running of esure in‑house team. The Operations Coordinator's responsibilities include tracking, chasing, monitoring and reporting upwards upon critical operational processes to ensure that targets are hit and deadlines are maintained.
To be successful as an Operations Coordinator, you should be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Ultimately, an outstanding Operations Coordinator should be able to support the smooth daily operations of a business.
Undertaking any required monitoring or enforcement of any operational activity required from time to time or on a routine basis as requested by the BUD.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm
