A leading provider of outdoor play areas is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales of public open space inspection services across the Top 10 house builders in the UK. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers. Benefits include a salary of up to £50,000, a performance-based bonus, and other perks such as a hybrid company car and comprehensive employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of public open space safety standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time management.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for 2 – 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Target senior decision makers within Top 10 PLC House Builders.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Sell tailored inspection and maintenance service packages.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt sales strategies as required.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and sales reports to clients.
