Calling all procurement professionals with leadership experience! We have three opportunities to lead sourcing teams in Healthcare.
Our partner is a global procurement organization with major buying power. In 2023, they procured nearly £1.5bn worth of medical and health related products.
What can we offer?

Who would be a good fit?
- Experience working for a council or local authority in a procurement role
- Experience with tender frameworks
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or pathology industry is a plus
- Strong line‑management skills or the ability to develop into a line manager
- Experience developing junior staff or being a well‑established officer
- Experience running full tender exercises (not just quotes or purchasing from a PSL)
- Experience developing specifications alongside product experts
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and diverse workspace
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing teams in the Healthcare category
- Oversee end‑to‑end procurement processes
- Develop and manage tender specifications
- Mentor junior staff and foster professional growth
- Collaborate across global suppliers and internal stakeholders
