Procurement Manager x 3 - Hybrid

Hiring organization: hireful, Birmingham, England, United Kingdom.

Calling all procurement professionals with leadership experience! We have three opportunities to lead sourcing teams in Healthcare.

Our partner is a global procurement organization with major buying power. In 2023, they procured nearly £1.5bn worth of medical and health related products.

Who would be a good fit?

• Experience working for a council or local authority in a procurement role
• Experience with tender frameworks
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or pathology industry is a plus
• Strong line‑management skills or the ability to develop into a line manager
• Experience developing junior staff or being a well‑established officer
• Experience running full tender exercises (not just quotes or purchasing from a PSL)
• Experience developing specifications alongside product experts
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and diverse workspace
