About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially astute Global Procurement Manager to join our Finance team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility across procurement, supplier management, logistics, compliance, and asset management. You will lead the procurement strategy, ensure effective sourcing and contract management, and support AeroCloud’s continued growth across global markets. This role will require a self-starter who will immerse themselves across the business and is currently a one-person team. We anticipate this team will grow into 2026 as the business continues to scale at growth.

About You

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic, and detail-oriented procurement professional with a track record of managing supplier contracts, delivering cost savings, and improving processes. You will be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing global supply chains, and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced technology environment.

Job Requirements

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ Years) in IT hardware/software procurement and distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier risk management, tendering, and evaluation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite highly desirable).
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC II, and awareness of ISO 14001 standards.
  • Skilled in supplier negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in global shipping, logistics, and customs management.
  • Strong commercial awareness with ability to balance cost, quality, and risk.

  • Lead and own AeroCloud’s Procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles within NetSuite ERP.
  • Oversee supplier relationship management (SRM) and supply chain management (SCM).
  • Run RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs to secure best value from suppliers.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and contracting with suppliers, ensuring robust agreements.
  • Manage direct, indirect, and service procurement across all business functions.
  • Apply category management and demand planning to optimise spend and supplier performance.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with ISO 27001, SOC II, and support alignment with ISO 14001 (sustainability).
  • Stay up to date with market trends and innovations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and value creation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, reporting, and governance.
  • Shipping & Logistics
  • Oversee global shipping across all modes (air, sea, road, courier).
  • Manage exports, imports, and customs compliance, including assigning and managing customs brokers.
  • Work closely with the Delivery team to ensure timely and efficient supply to customer locations worldwide.
  • Asset Management
  • Oversee allocation, tracking, and lifecycle management of assets.
  • Manage asset depreciation and reporting in collaboration with Finance.
  • Support whole lifecycle cost (WLC) management for procurement decisions.
  • Systems & Compliance
  • Leverage NetSuite ERP to manage procurement data, workflows, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate supplier databases, stock ledgers, and procurement documentation.
