We now have an exciting opening for a highly driven and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our Mazda, Changan, and Used Car sales teams at our Leicester dealership.
This is a key leadership position for a results-focused individual who can maximise performance, inspire a high-achieving sales team, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction across multi-brand operations.
- Leading and developing the Mazda, Changan, and Used Car sales teams
- Driving performance to achieve sales volume, profit, and customer satisfaction targets
- Managing stock profile, pricing strategy, and used car preparation standards
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and company processes
- Monitoring KPI performance and implementing improvement plans where required
- Creating a positive culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and accountability
- Working closely with Aftersales and Marketing to maximise departmental opportunities
- Representing the Sandicliffe brand professionally and consistently at all times
- Proven success in a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager role within automotive retail
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop a sales team
- Strategic thinker with experience managing multi-brand operations or high-volume used car environments
- Highly commercial, target-driven, and confident in decision-making
- Passionate about customer experience and delivering exceptional service
- Strong understanding of F&I, digital retailing, and modern automotive sales processes
- Ability to work at pace, prioritise efficiently, and effectively manage departmental performance
- Full UK driving licence
