We now have an exciting opening for a highly driven and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our Mazda, Changan, and Used Car sales teams at our Leicester dealership.

This is a key leadership position for a results-focused individual who can maximise performance, inspire a high-achieving sales team, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction across multi-brand operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading and developing the Mazda, Changan, and Used Car sales teams
  • Driving performance to achieve sales volume, profit, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Managing stock profile, pricing strategy, and used car preparation standards
  • Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and company processes
  • Monitoring KPI performance and implementing improvement plans where required
  • Creating a positive culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and accountability
  • Working closely with Aftersales and Marketing to maximise departmental opportunities
  • Representing the Sandicliffe brand professionally and consistently at all times
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager role within automotive retail
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop a sales team
  • Strategic thinker with experience managing multi-brand operations or high-volume used car environments
  • Highly commercial, target-driven, and confident in decision-making
  • Passionate about customer experience and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong understanding of F&I, digital retailing, and modern automotive sales processes
  • Ability to work at pace, prioritise efficiently, and effectively manage departmental performance
  • Full UK driving licence
